Matthew Dubin has multiple $2K donations from out of state 'libertarian supporters'. As of last Friday, he is nearly leading the campaign funding race in LD 36th outspending his opponent incumbent Noel Frame.

According to the PDC representative: "In Washington state, pursuant to RCW 29A.52.112, there is a primary for partisan elections even if only one or two candidates file for office. So legislative candidates can raise double the contribution limit no matter who files during filing week."
