Summed Voting histories for the four county area (WM,SK,IS,SJ)

For the four county area (WM,SK,IS,SJ), we have the following totals for Primary 2018 for the August VRDB:

[1] 154465 # Active and Not Voted

I sum the voting histories (per voter) of each of these groups below. Note that the Voted vs. Not Voted charts are approximately 2x in scale.  This post will probably need a wide screen.


For the four county area, the August VRDB field 'last voted' looks like this for the top ten elections:

Clearly, Ds and Rs will be hunting down GE2016, GE2017 and voters with no 'last vote' history to augument the stunning Primary 2018 turnout. It is a safe bet that if someone voted in the Primary, they may well participate in the General.  However, nothing can be taken for granted in voter turnout. Non Primary 2018 voters have nowhere near the voting history strength, but are a big group!
