Former Bellingham activist Bob Ferris (no relation) warns us that this is the last chance to comment on USFWS proposal to delist from federal protection Gray Wolves. I don't know about the rest of you who live in Western Washington, but someday I would like a chance to see these wild animals some place else besides the Northern Trail exhibit at the Woodland Park Zoo. Wolves have long had a historic relationship with humans. It's hard to believe that we shouldn't be protecting that relationship today.
